A Tea Tree Oil Acne Treatment Will Work!Acne. Even the word bugs me! Tea tree oil acne treatments have been around for a while and are quite effective. I should know, I’ve had acne since God knows when. I’ve been lucky though. I’ve known people with widespread acne. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy! 2 or 3 zits are a pain in the butt, I can’t imagine being covered in them. There are so many factors that can cause acne that it makes it impossible to cure acne. Factors can range from: • Puberty • Stress • Genetics • Certain drugs • Hyperactive sebaceous glands • Bacteria • Use of steroids • Diet And the list goes on… So basically we’re stuck treating the symptoms, not the cause. In the past I’ve used a range of products to treat my acne, but nothing seemed to work quickly enough. And it was always an ongoing process…I was a teenager…we never do anything with any kind of regularity! That’s what makes a teenager so lovable. So basically I was always popping a zit, which really doesn’t do wonders for the skin. Thank God I didn’t have too many…I can’t imagine what my face would look like today! Well now when I get a zit, I just use tea tree oil. It works great! No kidding. The reason it works so well is most likely due to the fact that tea tree oil is a powerful antiseptic, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agent. It completely cleanses your pores and penetrates deep under your skin to disinfect the underlying tissue. This is a unique property of tea tree oil which makes it a great solution for many skin problems. It’s so simple to use. When I feel an outbreak or wake up and find myself staring at a big white pustule, I simply put tea tree oil on a cotton swab and wipe down the affected area and let it do its thing. I do that a couple of times a day and normally within a day or so it has cured. It’s as simple as that. I must admit that since I’ve been using personal care products which have tea tree oil as an ingredient, I’ve been getting acne a whole lot less. And the best part in my opinion, is that these products are natural, there are no chemicals and that always makes me feel a lot better.
