What is The Cause of Eczema and What Can You Do To Stop it?

Most websites you go to will tell you that a specific cause of eczema is unknown.

They will tell you to avoid Wool and harsh soaps etc.

They will give you some statistics about how eczema is on a constant incline.

They will even tell you that there might even be a correlation between allergies and atopic dermatitis (the most common form of eczema).

But that’s not what you’re looking for.

You want to know what is the cause of eczema and how you can avoid it. How you can heal yourself and live a normal life.

You’ve probably even visited websites that boast a really great eczema cures for the low low price of 29.95$!!!

Right.

The most promising theory in the fight against the cause of eczema seems to be the auto-immune disorder theory.

Basically this means your immune system over reacts to irritants. Whether that be stress, pollution, different fabrics etc. Your skin flares up and dries out, causing the all too familiar itchy feeling.

But how can knowing this help?

What can you do to cure your eczema?

Simply put, you need to boost your immune system.

A good way to do that is to increase your dietary intake of fruits, vegetable, grains, yogurt, and fish. You also need to reduce the intake of sugar and fat.

But seriously, even by doing that, you might not get all the proper nourishment your body needs due to poor quality of readily available fruits and vegetables. Add to that the high mercury content of some fish and you have to wonder how beneficial it would be.

vitamins, supplements That’s why I suggest using supplements to boost your immune system and general health.

That’s what I did.

Using a HIGHLY POTENT vitamin and mineral complex along with Omega 3 and Probiotics, I began seeing some encouraging results within the first month, but for some people it can take up to 3 months to notice an improvement.

What role do Omega 3 fatty acids play?
Epidermal cells are known to be very active in the conversion of essential fatty acids into prostaglandin hormones, which determine, to a very significant degree, the smoothness and moistness of the skin, and influence skin conditions such as eczema.

Besides using supplements you should also apply tea tree oil enriched moisturizing cream to the affected area, this will provide you with some immediate relief while the supplements start doing their job of regulating your immune system.

A 10% tea tree oil dilution is best. So add about 10 drops of tea tree oil to approximately 100ml of a really good moisturizing cream. The tea tree oil cream I use even outperforms Eucerin, the leading dermatologist recommended skin therapy cream.
When selecting your supplements, be careful of what you pick, most supplements crystallize in the lower intestine and pass through without being absorbed. So taking a standard supplement just might not do the trick.

Generally available supplements are not of high quality, but perhaps an herbalist can provide you with a natural supplement.

I order mine through the mail, from a consumer direct company. They have a special way of binding the vitamins and minerals that mimic nature, and have the highest absorption rate of any supplements.

Since I’ve been using these supplements, I’ve rarely had any flare ups and have been pretty much symptom free. As long as I keep taking them…I’m bad with discipline and usually stop taking the supplements after I feel better. Although, since my son started taking the vitamins I’m a little better at taking my own. Gotta give the example right?!

If you have any questions or would like to know how to get these incredible supplements, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
